Isla Canela is an area on the Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light). It is a 15 minute drive to Portugal, 10 minutes to Ayamonte town, the marina and beach.
Ayamonte is a typical Andalusian frontier town with whitewashed houses, shops, restaurants, tapas bars and a palmtree lined promenade along its harbour.
The beach is 7km long and therefore never appears to be crowded. It also plays host to many water activities including fishing, windsurfing and kytesurfing. You can walk or cycle along the promenade which will lead you to the marina which has bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops.
Isla Canela Golf Course clubhouse has a bar,terrace,restaurant,shop and bowling green. Apartment residents are entitled to a reduction in golf fees. There are many more golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the apartment in Spain and Portugal.
