Prado Golf Apartment
A lovely fully air-conditions 2 bedroomed apartment with private communal swimming pool, childrens pool and play area.
The complex has a secure gated entrance leading to the underground car park with lift and stair access to the apartment which is on the first floor and overlooks Isla Canela golf course.
Living/Dining Room
The living/dining room area is comfortable and spacious with marble flooring, it includes TV with satalite channels, DVD player, CD player, books, CDs, DVDs, games. The dining area seats upto 6 people. The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, Microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, the washing machine is in the laundry room as is the iron and ironing board, clothes dryer and pegs.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom overlooks the golf course and has a king sized bed which can be seperated, fitted wardrobes and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet, sink and bidet.
Twin room overlooks the pool area and has 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom has shower cubilcle, sink and toilet
Balcony
The balcony is off the main living room, it has table and chairs plus adjustable awning.
Out and About
Golf - there are many golf courses within driving distance of the apartment both in Spain and Portugal.
Tennis - Tennis courts which are opposite the apartment are available FOC to residents
Boat trips - Isla Canela Tours at the marina can provide various boat trips including river ride and ocean life
KanelaXtreme can hire windsurfing and kytesurfing equipment and also provide lessons if needed.
Cycling - Isla Canela Tours provide bike hire, Isla Canela is very flat so this is a pleasant experience.
Markets - There are various local markets (see guest book in apartment)
Portugal - The ferry (2 euros) leaves from Ayamonte to Villa Real, well worth a shopping trip.
Boat Cruise - An all day trip from Ayamonte (leaves AM) to Alcoutim stop for lunch which is in with the price plus 2 hours free time before returning (PM).
Seville - Only 1 hour drive away well worth visiting this beautiful city.
There are numerous restaurants and tapas bars to visit or have a night in cook a meal and relax on the balcony.
